The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) launched the USDA Food Safety Discovery Zone last week. The Discovery Zone is a 40-foot long interactive food safety education center on wheels that will be bringing food safety information to towns and cities across the country.

The Discovery Zone pits BAC against the public health officers who occupy the mobile and teach hands-on food safety. Visitors are shown how to fight BAC by following the four core messages – clean, separate, cook and chill!
